Hello.
My name is Natalie Hudec, a Canadian living in the Netherlands with a passion for helping people heal, teaching people how to move, and to helping them to feel strong in their bodies again. I love spending time with family and friends, getting outside, lifting heavy things and cooking for people with love!

My story
Movement has always been a part of my life. From the moment I could walk, I was doing flips off the couch, constantly seeking new ways to test my limits. That love and curiosity of movement eventually took me from Canada to the Netherlands, where I had the incredible opportunity to play professional basketball. That journey not only deepened my understanding of athletic performance and recovery but also ignited a passion for helping others achieve their physical best.

But my path wasn't without struggles. Injuries challenged me in ways I never expected, leading to frustrating setbacks that made me question whether I'd ever return to what I loved. Yet, those experiences shaped me. They taught me not just the science of recovery but also the patience, resilience and mindset required to come back stronger.
That's why I do what I do. As a Human Movement scientist, physiotherapist and CrossFit coach, I've dedicated my life to helping others navigate their own movement journeys. Whether you're an athlete pushing your limits, someone working through an injury, or just wanting to be the best and strongest version of yourself, I understand the challenges - because I have lived them.

At my core, I believe movement should empower you, not hold you back. My approach is hands-on, personal and always rooted in the belief that with the right guidance, you can return to the activities you love - and go beyond them.

I'd love to meet you, hear your story and help in whichever way I can.
