While single sessions are available, lasting results come with consistency - that's why I recommend committing to a minimum of 3 months. This gives us time to make meaningful progress, correct underlying issues and build lasting training practices.

Pricing
Each 75-minute session includes:
- 15 minutes of bodywork: Hands-on techniques to address biomechanical or movement issues, like mobilization, soft tissue work, and stability training to improve movement and function.
- 60 minutes of training: Customized workouts tailored to your specific goals.

The total price of the 3 month and 6 month package depends on the frequency of sessions per week and whether you would like a personalized program to follow between sessions. After meeting and talking about your individual goals, we will determine the total price. Prices shown below are inclusive 9% btw.
